General Introduction
Qstone DTH button bits are designed for high-performance drilling in hard and abrasive rock. Manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel and fitted with wear-resistant tungsten carbide buttons, they deliver efficient rock breaking, reliable cuttings removal and long service life.
A wide range of bit diameters, shank types, face designs and button configurations is available to match different DTH hammers, rock formations and operating conditions.
Product Range
DTH bits are available in 3–12 inch sizes, with DHD, QL, Mission, SD, COP and BR shanks. Multiple face designs and carbide button shapes are available for different rock formations and drilling conditions.

Application
Qstone DTH bits are used for straight and efficient drilling in demanding rock conditions, including:
