Extension Rod T45-MMT45

General Introduction

Qstone MMT45 is a top hammer extension rod with a T45 male thread at both ends. Matching T45 coupling sleeves join the rods end to end, allowing the drill string to be extended as drilling progresses.

The rod transmits impact energy and rotational torque from the rock drill to the bit. Its internal flushing passage carries air or water to the bit to help remove rock cuttings from the hole.

Application

MMT45 extension rods are used for top hammer bench drilling and blast-hole drilling in quarries, surface mines and rock excavation projects. Select a rod length that fits your rig’s feed beam and rod-handling system.
